Together with a local partner, EPH Group AG is currently developing a hotel project in a prime location with unique panoramic views in the Kitzbühel Alps. The planned development is a premium-segment resort with 300 beds, operated by a well-known international hotel brand.

STATUS

The approx. 34,000 sqm plot has been acquired and is already owned by the joint project company. The project will be fully developed over the coming months.
