The project is located in an outstanding position in one of Austria’s most renowned alpine tourism regions. Its immediate proximity to the mountain lift and ski areas enables a wide range of leisure activities in both winter and summer, underlining the resort’s year-round character. The planned development is a high-quality premium-segment resort of at least 4-star standard with around 500 beds. The concept combines alpine authenticity with modern, elegant design. A spacious wellness area with panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscape forms a central component of the project and offers ideal conditions for rest and relaxation. The offering is complemented by high-quality gastronomy as well as a wide range of leisure and activity options. The resort is intended to be operated by a renowned international hotel operator.
STATUS
A term sheet for the acquisition of the project property has already been concluded. A building permit is already in place; however, implementation of the planned project requires obtaining an amendment permit. The acquisition will take place without payment of a cash purchase price. Instead, EPH Group AG or the acquiring project company undertakes to provide the seller with a specified number of parking spaces free of charge in an underground car park to be constructed at its own expense. Conclusion of the final purchase agreement is planned following the positive completion of the detailed due diligence review still to be carried out by EPH and is subject to various conditions precedent, in particular approval of the required amendments to the existing permits. Over the coming months, the project will be further developed and the prerequisites for implementation will be established.
