EPH Group AG is currently developing a hotel project in an outstanding location in Carinthia. The resort will be situated at 1,600 metres above sea level, directly on the ski slope, and offers a spectacular elevated position with impressive views. The planned development is a premium-segment resort with around 300 beds, intended to be operated by an international hotel brand.

STATUS

Through its subsidiary Stellara Hospitality GmbH, EPH Group AG has acquired 90% of the project company that owns the approx. 60,000 square metre plot. The required zoning designation for the hotel project is already in place. The purchase agreement was concluded subject to the condition precedent of obtaining building-law approval. The previous owner will remain involved with a 10% stake in the project company.
